Sunset Terrace Homes is a family-owned manufactured home and modular home dealer located in the Greater Ohio Valley of Henderson, KY. We deliver within a one hundred twenty mile radius, and we offer manufactured homes and modular homes that are built by Sunshine Homes. Being a family-owned business, we transport, and prepare foundation for each of our homes. We take pride in our operation, and enable families to have a home built within a reasonable time frame, while keeping affordability in mind.
