The Exclusive / Revolution 76 built by Giles is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 1,140 square feet on a 76-foot frame. At the center, a kitchen island and dining room sit beside a pantry and a utility room with a washer and dryer, and the living room fills the space to the right of them. The owner’s bedroom and bath hold the left end, and two bedrooms with a bath sit at the right end. An alternate layout drawn above the plan adds a larger living room with a bedroom and bath, and Venetian tub, pedestal tub and tile bath choices sit beside it.
