The Essential / Farm House Breeze 72 built by Giles is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,896 square feet on a 72-foot frame. Between a utility room with a washer and dryer and the owner’s bedroom, a kitchen island sits at the center, with the dining area and living room filling the lower center. A den-style room and a bedroom sit at the left end, two more bedrooms sit along the lower left beside a bath, and the owner’s bedroom and bath take the right end. An optional extra bedroom with a sliding glass door is drawn above the plan, along with bath tub and tile bath choices.
